Initial Maintenance visit will have REQUIRED repairs necessary to bring your equipment into full working condition per the manufacturer’s specifications. Once your equipment is running as it should, we can maintain it, ultimately extending the lifecycle and performance over time.

What’s Included
With a Planned Maintenance Package from Malachy, you are in charge! Tell us what equipment you want covered and how often you want us to show up (monthly, quarterly, etc.). We will create a package for you and then automatically show up to perform maintenance at the requested time. Our experienced staff will provide you with a detailed report on how your equipment is functioning, and if any repairs need to be made, you will receive a discount on our labor rates. Our goal is the same as yours — to ensure that your kitchen equipment continues to operate at peak performance!

- Lubricate mechanical parts and inspect for wear
- Calibrate thermostats

Do you provide maintenance plans?
Yes. Each Planned Maintenance Agreement is different because every kitchen is different. We customize the maintenance plan to your needs for Cooking, Refrigeration (Ice & HVAC), Warewashing & Food Prep Equipment.
Is planned maintenance important for my equipment?
Yes. If you do not properly maintain your equipment from day one, you put major components at risk to fail sooner.
Can I get a free consultation for a maintenance agreement?

How often should maintenance be performed?
It all depends on your operation. We recommend quarterly maintenance on all refrigeration, ice machines, steamers & combi ovens.
